How To Cancel the Subscription via Email
Follow these instructions:
- Write a cancellation email
- Include all the relevant information about your account along with the subscription details.
You can visit https://afmanagement.ae/my-account/ to get your account details. For information related to your subscription, visit https://afmanagement.ae/my-account/subscriptions/. Please don’t forget to include ‘Order/Subscription ID’ in your email.
- Provide the reason for cancellation
- Send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Wait for our response and further instructions
Please note that after you send a cancellation email, you will be still charged for the two consecutives months. Usually this is the time period required to confirm & accept the cancellation of the contract. You won’t be charged after you receive our cancellation acceptance email along with cancellation effective date and thus your contract with us will be terminated & closed.
